Yes - every proper shipment is insured as standard up to a value of CHF 25,000 at the current value of the watch. For higher value models, additional transport insurance can be taken out on request.

Once we have received your watch, it will be thoroughly examined by our watchmakers. We will then draw up a detailed cost estimate, which will be made available for you to view online. You then have the choice of rejecting the repair and returning your watch unchanged or accepting the estimate and having the repair carried out.

The initial estimate may vary, as only a detailed inspection of the watch by our watchmakers can provide qualified information on costs and effort. After the analysis, you will receive a cost estimate that you can either accept or reject.

Your watch will be repaired exclusively by carefully selected, certified watchmakers in Switzerland - with state recognition and many years of experience. Depending on the brand, model and condition, we select the right expert from our network who is optimally qualified for your specific issue.

The duration depends on the scope of the work and the availability of any spare parts. As a rule, the entire process takes between 3 and 10 weeks and you will receive an individual assessment following your inquiry - and will always be kept informed throughout the repair thanks to regular status updates.

Once we have received your watch, we will keep you regularly informed about the progress of the repair or maintenance. You can also view the current status at any time in your personal customer area.

Yes - we grant a service guarantee of at least 12 months on every repair or overhaul carried out. For many models, the warranty is 24 months, in some cases even up to 36 months. Should a defect occur during the warranty period, we will of course repair or replace the affected parts free of charge.
