Yes - every proper shipment is insured as standard up to a value of CHF 25,000 at the current value of the watch. For higher value models, additional transport insurance can be taken out on request.

Once we have received your watch, it will be thoroughly examined by our watchmakers. We will then draw up a detailed cost estimate, which will be made available for you to view online. You then have the choice of rejecting the repair and returning your watch unchanged or accepting the estimate and having the repair carried out.

The initial estimate may vary, as only a detailed inspection of the watch by our watchmakers can provide qualified information on costs and effort. After the analysis, you will receive a cost estimate that you can either accept or reject.
