Service and procedure
What does the free quote include?

Once we have received your watch, it will be thoroughly examined by our watchmakers. We will then draw up a detailed cost estimate, which will be made available for you to view online. You then have the choice of rejecting the repair and returning your watch unchanged or accepting the estimate and having the repair carried out.

Which watch brands can I have repaired by you?

We repair almost all watch brands, from sporty chronographs to antique pocket watches. Thanks to our extensive network of specialists, we can offer a wide range of repairs. Please note that certain models for which the manufacturer does not allow repairs or for which spare parts are missing, as well as watches with a value of less than CHF 500, may be excluded in the customer's interest.

Which watches can I have serviced/revised by you?

We offer servicing for almost all watch brands. High-quality mechanical watches are particularly important to us. Please note, however, that certain brands or models may be excluded due to manufacturer specifications, as well as watches under a value of CHF 500 in the customer's interest.

How can I track the status of my watch during the repair process?

Once we have received your watch, we will keep you regularly informed about the progress of the repair or maintenance. You can also view the current status at any time in your personal customer area.

Shipping, insurance and warranty
How do I send my watch?

We will send you a secure watch shipping box. This box contains all the necessary materials, detailed instructions and pre-paid shipping labels. So you can send your watch to us easily and risk-free.

Is the transportation of my watch insured?

Yes, every proper consignment is insured up to a value of CHF 25,000. Higher sums insured are possible on request.

What am I paying a deposit of CHF 29.90 for?

You pay a deposit of CHF 29.90 for the secure shipping box. After returning the box to us, the deposit will be refunded to you in full. Payment can be made via TWINT, credit card or, if desired, by bank transfer.

Do I get a warranty on the repair?

Ja – auf jede Reparatur oder Revision erhalten Sie eine Servicegarantie von mindestens 12 Monaten, bei vielen Modellen sogar bis zu 24 Monaten. Tritt in dieser Zeit ein Mangel auf, übernehmen wir kostenlos die Nachbesserung oder den Austausch der betroffenen Teile. Has the postage already been prepaid?

Yes, the return labels are already pre-printed and paid for. You will receive detailed instructions on how to return the parcel to us safely.

How can I send in larger clocks such as grandfather clocks or pendulum clocks for servicing?

For larger clocks such as grandfather clocks or pendulum clocks, we offer individual solutions - for example, by sending them ourselves, handing them over in person or a chargeable collection service by arrangement. Available options will be displayed online after the initial assessment of your request.

Is delivery possible outside Switzerland and Liechtenstein?

Our service is currently only available in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Are there any hidden costs?

No, there are no hidden costs. All prices are transparent and will be discussed with you in advance.

Is the initial assessment binding?

The initial estimate may vary, as only a detailed inspection of the watch by our experts will provide specific information on costs and effort. After the analysis, you will receive a cost estimate that you can either accept or reject.

How long will it take to repair or overhaul my watch?

The repair time depends on the scope of the work and the availability of spare parts. As a rule, the entire process takes around 3 to a maximum of 10 weeks. You will receive a detailed estimate digitally and will be regularly informed about the progress of your repair.

Is there an option for express processing?
